Help
One address, read by a person. Listings, corrections, takedowns, partnerships — all of it goes here.
We read everything and answer most things within a day or two. Include the page link if it is about a specific listing — it saves a round trip.
If you own a trademark or a photograph that appears here and you want it removed, write to the same address with the page link and what you own. We remove on request; we do not ask for a court order first.
For a question about an order, the agent who handled it will answer sooner than we can — we are not a party to your purchase. For everything about this site, the address above is the way in.
